$9.50 for all deliveries New Zealand wide.
Additional $5.00 for rural delivery.

If you are picking up your order then this will be from our warehouse at 10 Cass St, Sydenham, Christchurch.

Please note: for bulk quantities the freight cost will vary. Please enquire for freight cost for bulk quantity.

Receivership Information

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your recent request to purchase stock from Britannia Textiles (NZ) Limited (In Receivership). Prior to dispatching your order, and to avoid any misunderstanding, we would ask that you acknowledge your acceptance that the goods will be supplied on the following terms:

1.The goods are being supplied to you by Britannia Textiles (NZ) Limited (In Receivership) (the "Seller").

2.The Seller was placed into receivership on 22 February 2019 and is continuing to trade.

a.The purchase price of the goods shall be the price ruling at the date of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any price indications or price lists are subject to alteration to the price ruling at the date of delivery.
b.Unless otherwise stated, the purchase price is exclusive of Goods and Services Tax and other duties and tax which, if payable, shall be to the Buyer's account and shall be governed by the provisions of the clauses herein as if they were part of the purchase price.
c.Subject to any variation of this clause which is notified to the Buyer in writing, the purchase price of the goods shall be due and payable (in full) on the 20th day of the following month after the date the invoice is issued.
d.If payment is not received by the Seller on the due date, interest may be charged (at the Seller's discretion) at the rate of 3% per calendar month on any amounts not received. All costs incurred by the Seller arising out of the Buyer's failure to pay by the due date including full legal costs and all disbursements shall be payable by the Buyer on demand. If the Buyer defaults on any payments or if the Buyer commits any act of bankruptcy or if a company does any act which would render it liable to be placed into liquidation or a receiver appointed, the Seller may terminate the Contract without prejudice to any other rights and payment for all goods delivered shall immediately become due and payable.
e.If the Buyer defaults on any term or condition of the Contract, the Seller, without prejudice to any right it has at law or equity, reserves the right to enter upon any premises where the goods supplied are situated and take possession of and remove the same without being responsible for any damage thereby caused and the Seller may resell such goods and apply the proceeds towards payment of the purchase price.

4.Reservation of Title
a.Goods remain the property of the Seller until paid for in full.
b.Risk in any goods supplied by the Seller for a customer shall pass when such goods are delivered to the customer or are held in custody on the customers behalf buy ownership in such goods is retained by the Seller until payment is made for the goods and for all other goods supplied by the Seller to the Buyer.
c.If goods are sold by the Buyer prior to payment having been made to the Seller, then the proceeds of the sale shall be held by the Buyer on trust for and on behalf of the Seller.

5.Personal Property Securities Act (PPSA)
a.The Buyer grants to the Seller a security interest in the goods supplied and the proceeds of the goods and the Buyer acknowledges that this Agreement creates a purchase money security interest in the goods and in the proceeds of the goods.
b.The Buyer will not enter into any security agreements and commit any other person to register any security interest in respect to the goods or the proceeds.
c.If the goods are for the Buyer's business use the Buyer agrees, to the extent Part 9 of the PPSA applies, that it will have no rights under Part 9 (Enforcement of the PPSA).
d.The buyer waives its rights under the PPSA to receive a copy of any verification statement or financing change statement.
e.The Buyer agrees that where the Seller has rights in addition to those in Part 9 of the PPSA, those rights will continue to apply.
f.For the purposes of this clause, "PPSA" means the Personal Property Securities Act (1999).

6.Right of Return & Warranties
a.No right of return or warranties are offered, other than those provided at law.

Prices on this website

All prices shown on this website are in New Zealand dollars.
GST at the prevailing rate is shown for each product and freight, and added in total when you go through checkout.

Trade account customers will see GST exclusive pricing on their order forms.

Credit Card Payments

All credit card payments are transacted securely through Paypal in New Zealand dollars. No credit card details are stored by this website.

Your credit card statement will show a purchase in the name of Britannia Textiles Ltd.

All refunds are refunded to the purchasing credit card only, no exceptions. No cash refunds will be ever be made for a credit card purchase.

Romalpa clause.

This applies when we set up a credit account for you and offer you payment terms. It means that what you buy is not legally yours until you have paid for it. We retain title (ownership) of all goods until you, the customer, have paid in full. Simply your possession does not infer ownership, and if you do not pay for them we may take action to reclaim possession of the goods and claim damages for any loss we incur (including loss of value of goods, legal, transport, and repossession costs).

Returns and Refunds.

If you order a product from this website and when it arrives it is not as described, or faulty or damaged, then please contact us immediately, and certainly no longer that 48 hours from delivery.

We will provide you with a returns number and arrange for our courier to collect the returned items.

After inspection we will contact you to report our findings, and offer a replacement item if that item is stocked.

If we cannot offer a replacement then we will refund the product cost to your credit card.

Delivery time for retail order

Retail orders by credit card are normally despatched within 2 working days, unless other arrangements have been made. Please allow up to 10 working days for manufacturing items.

Export orders

Britannia Textiles Ltd does not export.
