White only Sheets

*min order 10 per item

We supply to Laundries throughout New Zealand with vast quantities of sheets.

All sheets are of commercial standard, in white, and are made for long life in a commercial setting.

As such all our sheets require a full launder before use to remove the dressing and bring out the final finish. Wash at a high temperature with plenty of powder.

Most sheets are now made in our sewing room in Nelson from either CottonRich or a PolyCotton blend. Laundries can have their own labels sewn in and coloured threads if wanted.

CottonRich is approx 80% Cotton and 20% Polyster so is close to traditional 100% Cotton with a lovely soft crisp feel but it does require more ironing and care and is not as strong as a blend. Our CottonRich is percale (180TC) and kept here in rolls 310 wide for a 305 long sheet.

Polyester does not absorb moisture so a pure polyester sheet is horrible to sleep on. 50% Polyester is the most one should use. A really good commercial grade polycotton sheet such as Supercale is acceptable without ironing though better with it, and has a wonderful soft 'cotton' like feel.

We now use the newer per 10 sq cm measurement for thread count.

Protectors

We also make luxury Mattress and Pillow protectors suitable for laundering - mattress protectors are fully fitted and Pillow protectors are flapped like a pillow slip NOT zipped. We do not make waterproof ones.

Samples

Am happy to send a sample pillow slip for you to test - though always wash once to remove the dressing before judging!
